Section 75

Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and what rights you have over it. It covers only data processed by or on behalf of this site. It does not cover third-party websites that this site links to.

This site is operated as an information service. We do not handle Section 75 claims on your behalf or correspond with banks in your name.

What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit a message via the contact page, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is processed via Formspree, a third-party form service, and forwarded to our email inbox. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add contact form submissions to any mailing list.

Purchases

If you buy the claim pack, payment is processed by Stripe. You are directed to Stripe's checkout to complete your purchase. We do not receive, process, or store your card number or any other payment card details at any point. Stripe collects and processes your billing name, email address, and payment details directly, under their own privacy policy.

After a successful purchase, Stripe or the associated delivery service sends a download email to the address you provided at checkout. We retain a record of the transaction (date, amount, email address) for accounting purposes.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently use analytics scripts or set tracking cookies. No third-party advertising or profiling technology is active on these pages.

When you interact with Formspree (contact form) or Stripe (checkout), those services may set their own cookies on their own domains. Those interactions are governed by Formspree's and Stripe's respective privacy policies, not this one.

How long we keep your data

Who we share data with
